1.打开拉链，将一只胳膊伸入救生衣内。

2.然后将另一只胳膊伸入救生衣内，拉好拉链扣好腰扣及档扣。

3.整理衣服，调整带子松紧度至自己舒服为止。

4. 直接入水：溶解栓遇水自动发生溶解反应，使膨胀装置动作刺穿气瓶往气囊中充入二氧化碳气体。

充气入水：右手用力下拉手动拉绳，使膨胀装置动作刺穿气瓶往气囊中充入二氧化碳气体。

5.如果浮力不够的情况下，左手下拉手动绳打开第二个气囊，或从吹气管中往气囊里吹入气体。

1.Zip up life jacket and stretch one arm into life jacket.

2.Put the other arm into life jacket,zip up life jacket and fasten buckles.

3.Sort  out  life jacket,and  adjust  straps  to  the proper position.

4.Direct use:the dissovling plug dissolves automaticaly when it meets with water,which makes the expansion device act to pierce the gas cylinder     and fill he air bag with carbon dioxide.Use after Inflation:pullsharply on the cord with your right hand,which makes the expansion device act to   pierce the gas cylinder andfill the air bag with carbon dioxide.

5.In case of insuffcient buoyancy,pull on the cord with your left hand to open the second airbag,or blow air into airbag through air tube.
