1.将救生衣挂单肩上。

2.双手伸入救生衣，插扣置于胸前。

3. 扣好上下插扣，系好收紧带。

4.整理衣服，使用过程中避免与尖锐器物接触或摩擦，以防戳、磨破救生衣。

2.Put  hands   into  life  jacket,and  put  the  buckle   in  front  of  you.

3.Fasten  the  buckle   and  fasten  securing  tape   as  tight   as  possible.

4.Sort  out  the   life  jacket,and  make   sure  to   avoid   contacting  or  rubbing  with   sharp  objects  during  use,so   as  to  prevent   life  jacket   from   being   punctured
