1.解开救生衣的插扣和拉链。

2.先将一只胳膊伸入救生衣内。

3.然后将另一只胳膊伸入救生衣内，拉好拉链扣好腰扣。

4.整理衣服，调整带子松紧度至自己舒服为止。

1.Unbuckled and unzip life jacket.

2.Stretch one arm into life jacket.

3.Put the other arm into life jacket,zip up life jacket and fasten buckles.

4.Sort out life jacket and adjust straps to the proper position
