油泵润滑

润滑油：食品级专用油(美国瑞孚鲍氏BS750)

油池容量：1.6升

每级压缩后都设有冷却器，压缩气体经过冷却器后的温度大约高于环境温度10-15℃,每级压缩后都设有中级水油分离器(除第一级外),终级水油分离器每级压缩后都设 有安全阀及终级安全阀高压压缩机出口前设有压力维持阀，在10Mpa 左右自动开启，使压缩空气保证强化过滤高压压缩机已加注润滑油并经过整机运行测试高压压缩机带有  呼吸空气过滤器，采用活性碳、分子筛、 一氧化碳吸附剂构成的三重过滤系统，确保经过过滤的压缩空气达到EN12021呼吸空气标准。

There is a cooler after cach stage of compression the tempcrature of the compressed air after passing through the cooler is about 10-15℃,higher than the ambient temperature.After cach     stage of compression,there is an intermediate water-oil separator (except the first stage),and the final stage water-oil separator after each sttage of compression,there is a safety valve and a final      safety valve.There is a pressure maintenance valve before the outlet of the high-pressurecompressor,which is automatically opened at about 10Mpa,so that the compressed airis guaranteed to    be strengthened.Filtered high-pressure compressors are lubricated and fully run tested.The high-pressure compressor isequipped with a breathing air filter,using atriple filter system that consists     of activated carbon,molecular sieve,and carbon monoxide adsorbent to ensure filtered compressed air mets EN12021 breathing air standard.
